These terms apply when you use www.bushay.com (the “Website”) and when you make an enquiry, book a call or receive a proposal from us. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you agree to them.

1About us

1.1Bushay & Co. is the trading name of Tyleeisha Bushay, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.

1.2In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bushay & Co., and “you” means the person or business using the Website. You can contact us at hello@bushay.com.

2Using the Website

2.1The Website is free to use and is intended for businesses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

2.2You must not: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or the systems behind it; (c) introduce viruses or other harmful code; or (d) copy or scrape content from the Website using automated tools.

2.3You are responsible for the devices and internet connection you use to access the Website.

3Content and intellectual property

3.1We own, or are licensed to use, all content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, our name and logo, and our methods, frameworks and templates.

3.2You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, adapt or publish any content without our written permission.

4Information on the Website

4.1Content on the Website is general information about Revenue Operations and our services. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

4.2We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Any example dashboards, figures or results are illustrative only.

5Our services

5.1Our consulting services are provided under a separate written agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, or a signed proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

5.2Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days unless they state otherwise. Prices are in US dollars for US clients and pounds sterling for UK clients, and exclude any applicable taxes.

5.3Founding client and other promotional offers are limited and may be withdrawn at any time before an agreement is signed.

6Bookings and payments

6.1Calls and services booked through the Website may use third-party scheduling tools, which have their own terms.

6.2Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

7Links to other websites

7.1The Website may link to other websites for your convenience. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8Our liability

8.1Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8.2The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

8.3Our liability for the services we provide is set out in the separate agreement for those services.

10Changes to these terms

10.1We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

11.1These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
